Buck is an integrated HR, pensions and employee benefit consulting, technology and administration services firm.  It was founded more than 100 years ago and was recently acquired by Gallagher, a US-based insurance  brokerage and risk management services firm. Buck have seen high growth in recent years and are attracting high profile clients and as a result were receiving increased demand for a quality SOC (specifically AAF) report – a third-party evaluation of its internal controls.
