'My FCA' - All under one roof

Introducing the brand-new portal for 2025, ‘My FCA’ - An important update for all firms currently registered and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

On 30 January 2025, the FCA announced it will be launching a new portal ‘My FCA’ in spring 2025. The portal is a new initiative intended to streamline access to various FCA regulatory services by consolidating them into a single, centralised hub. This portal will integrate services like Connect, RegData, and the Online Invoicing System, while still allowing individual access to these services if needed.

Purpose of the ‘My FCA’ portal

Centralised task management: ‘My FCA’ allows firms to view all their RegData and Connect tasks in one place, complete with due dates and statuses.
Seamless navigation: The new portal also allows firms to move between ‘My FCA’ and other systems without needing to sign in again.

Release

Launch date: ‘My FCA’ is set to launch in spring 2025, with the exact date to be confirmed in due course by the FCA via their Regulation Round-up and on the FCA website.

Preparation

To ensure a seamless transition into the new portal, firms are advised to carry out the following steps ahead of launch:

Ensure multi-factor authentication (MFA) is set up for Connect, RegData, and the Online Invoicing System.
Add the ‘My FCA’ portal website (https://myfca.fca.org.uk) to your list of trusted websites to avoid potential access issues.
