We are delighted to have provided financial and tax advice to CUBE in connection with its strategic growth investment from Bregal Milestone. The investment marks the first institutional capital investment for CUBE. Serving a number of the world’s largest financial institutions, CUBE will leverage the investment to deepen product capabilities for customers, fuel further international expansion, and accelerate overall growth both organically and through acquisition.

Who are the firms involved?

CUBE, a global leader in Automated Regulatory Intelligence serves a diverse and global base of clients including some of the largest financial institutions in the world who utilise CUBE’s RegPlatform to streamline their complex regulatory change management and compliance processes.  The company has secured investment from Bregal Milestone, a leading technology growth capital firm with c. €1.2 billion of capital raised dedicated to investments in high-growth, market defining technology companies.

What we liked about this deal

CUBE has had huge growth in recent years with the addition of a large number of high calibre clients.  We have really enjoyed working with Ben Richmond (Founder, CUBE) and his team throughout this period and ultimately advising throughout the investment process to completion.
