We are delighted to announce Dramont Partners’ acquisition of HMDG Limited. The transaction marks an exciting new chapter in the future of HMDG with Ben Marcilhacy taking on the CEO role, ready to steer the company into an exciting future.
Incorporated in 2016, HMDG is the largest MSK marketing business in the UK, offering marketing and web development services to hundreds of clinics as well as some of the biggest names in the industry such as DJO, Physio Mattes and Therapy Live.
Dramont Partners is a search fund lead by Ben Marcilhacy and backed by numerous highly experienced investors. They are committed to investing in and growing enduring high quality businesses in the UK.
At Buzzacott we very much enjoy the level of involvement Search Fund/ETA transactions require and consider the sector one of our core specialisms. A comprehensive array of services were provided including transaction advisory, financial and tax due diligence and transaction structuring. We worked closely with Ben throughout the process to ensure a successful outcome was reached.
The financial due diligence/transaction advisory team was made up of Alex Judd (Partner), George Thresh (Associate Director) and Victoria Sunley (Assistant Manager). The tax due diligence and structuring team was made up of Alastair McQuater (Partner), Tony Dillow (Director), Kazia Kruszewski (Senior Manager) and Anais Leinhart Ortega (Supervisor).
