ESG Report 2023-24

As Buzzacott grows, we are taking a moment to assess the best way to focus our energy and investment in ESG, ensuring it aligns with our overall business goals.

This year’s report comes at a time when the behaviour and culture of large organisations are under more scrutiny than ever. As a growing business, it feels like the right time to reflect on who we are and what we stand for.

Over the past 18 months, we have taken significant steps towards creating a more inclusive workplace by successfully embedding a firmwide EDI strategy, which includes introducing nine networks to encourage connection and community within our firm.
