Visual Data Media Services Acquires MX1 UK Limited

We'd like to congratulate Visual Data Media Service on its recent acquisition of a London content services firm, MX1 UK Limited, from satellite operator and managed service provider SES.

MX1 is a London-based content preparation specialist, with a client base including major studios, TV, film distributors and streaming platforms.

Our corporate finance team provided financial due diligence assistance, specifically analysing the working capital and reviewing the sale and purchase agreement. The transaction was extremely fast moving and we are delighted that we were able to assist in getting it over the line.

There are great synergies between the two businesses and we look forward to assisting their growth in the future!
