George joined Buzzacott Corporate Finance in 2024 and is an Executive in our M&A Advisory team.
Working with entrepreneurs and financial institutions looking to exit their businesses, George typically supports clients with businesses valued between £10-100million.
George provides a specialised, hands-on approach in building and realising value for shareholders, guiding clients through the life cycle of their deal. This includes playing a crucial role in advising on go-to-market strategy, business positioning, and offer analysis. He is a key contact for the buyers and their advisors to ensure a smooth transaction process for his clients.
George collaborates closely with Buzzacott’s Corporate Tax team to provide a well-rounded service for his clients.
George is ACA qualified, and prior to joining Buzzacott, spent two years working at Forvis Mazars in their Valuations team, and three years at KPMG in their Asset Management Audit team.
Outside of work, George enjoys playing football and scuba diving.
