Kazia Kruszewski - Senior Manager

Kazia joined Buzzacott in 2017 and is a Senior Manager in the Business Services team.

Kazia enjoys working with a variety of clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to large corporate groups across different sectors.

As well as providing tax compliance services to her clients, Kazia advises on business restructuring, tax efficient profit extraction for shareholders and assists clients in obtaining tax clearances from HMRC. She also supports fund managers with the UK’s offshore fund regime, reporting funds status and investor tax compliance.

Her work involves frequent collaboration with the Audit, Outsourcing and Private Client teams, given her clients’ use of these services. Kazia also works closely with the Corporate Finance team to provide tax due diligence services and ensure the tax efficient structuring of transactions.

Kazia completed an internship with Buzzacott while at the University of Exeter where she studied Economics. She rejoined Buzzacott shortly after graduating and will soon qualify for ACA and CTA. Away from the office, she enjoys travelling, visiting new restaurants and keeping active.
