Lee joined Buzzacott in 2024 and is an Assistant Manager in our Corporate Finance team.
Working with the Transaction Services team, Lee provides those who are buying or selling a business support through their transactions. He provides financial due diligence (FDD) to give buyers an understanding of the performance, value, and risks of investing. Buying or selling a business is a very important decision for those on both sides of the transaction, and Lee supports clients to provide them with the best understanding of the numbers they can have, to make the most informed decisions.
Lee is ACA qualified, and prior to joining Buzzacott, Lee trained at RSM. He spent three years working between the FDD and transactions data analytics teams, and his background in data analytics allows the team to deliver a wider range of deliverables and insights on a transaction, helping to differentiate us in the marketplace. He also collaborates with the other specialist teams within Buzzacott, such as the Corporate Tax team, to provide an all-encompassing solution that meets clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys running and travelling. So much so, that at the start of 2024, Lee set himself the goal to run a marathon in every country.
