Liz joined Buzzacott in 2024 and is a Manager in our Charity and Not-for-Profit team.
She works closely with a diverse range of charity and non-profit clients, including international NGOs, care organisations, grant-making bodies, educational institutions, and membership organisations. Liz’s primary focus is delivering hands-on external audit services, providing practical advice on technical queries, and maintaining an approachable and communicative relationship with clients throughout the year.
With extensive experience in the charity and not-for-profit sectors, Liz brings specialist knowledge that helps her clients navigate complex regulatory environments and ensures compliance while adding value through clear, actionable insights.
Before joining Buzzacott, Liz trained and qualified in New Zealand. She then spent 10 years working in London, where she progressed from senior auditor to managing a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients.
Liz holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Waikato and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Outside of work, Liz enjoys playing the piano in a community Jazz Big Band and has a passion for travel.
