Megan joined Buzzacott in July 2019 and initially worked in the Charity and NFP team before moving into Transaction Services within the Corporate Finance team.
She tends to work with a variety of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, PE houses, debt providers and banks. As well as Charities, NFPs and social enterprises.
Our clients face financially complex situations which can be associated with high financial risk, meaning that they need to make informed strategic decisions. Megan works to help clients gain confidence in the details of a transaction by identifying financial risks and navigating the impacts of them, so that the client can be well-informed on areas which they are potentially not an expert in.
In the Corporate Finance team, Megan's expertise lie in financial due diligence, buy-side and sell-side advisory services and valuations. She also collaborates with other teams including Corporate Tax, Charity and VAT in order to add value to our clients by bringing together various elements of a transaction under one roof.
Prior to her role at Buzzacott, Megan previously earned a Psychology degree which led her to a psychology research internship, where she honed her analytical and critical thinking skills.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys live sport, supports Arsenal and the Ireland Rugby team. She likes to stay active and has recently completed a half marathon and is is training for another.
