Rhona Neil - Senior Tax Manager

Rhona joined Buzzacott in 2010 and is a Senior Tax Manager in our Corporate & Business Services team.

Rhona works with a varied client base from corporates with international aspects to their business, inbound and outbound investments businesses to subsidiaries of US groups, companies with property interests and family office companies and groups.

Using her expertise she advises companies on setting up in the UK, working with the wider Corporate team to address all areas of the process. She assists clients with ongoing annual compliance services, structuring and restructuring, as well as advice on specific questions and issues.

In particular, Rhona is well equipped to help clients dealing with tax rules in different jurisdictions. As well as international tax and cross border issues, her other areas of specialist knowledge are in assisting groups of companies, property taxation and Stamp Duty Land Tax, capital allowances claims and tax clearances and structuring.

Rhona works closely with our Expatriate Tax Services, VAT and Company Secretarial teams to ensure that her clients benefit from a fully joined up solution to suit their needs.

Prior to joining Buzzacott, Rhona spent time working at a variety of top 20 accountancy firms in London and also in in-house tax teams. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling especially following The Silk Road and is interested in textiles and museum and art visits. She also has her own allotment and enjoys cooking with the produce.
