Sarah joined Buzzacott in 2017 and heads up Buzzacott’s HR Consultancy team.
She works with a variety of cross-sector clients and with both established organisations and start-ups. Within Buzzacott, Sarah works closely with Corporate, Charity, and Financial Planning teams, as well as associated PrimeGlobal firms, giving her an innate understanding of each sector’s challenges while ensuring clients benefit from a fully joined-up solution to suit their needs.
Sarah is an experienced HR professional, who focuses on providing practical and strategic solutions to managing people, typically supporting clients with business growth and strategy. She has strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice and enjoys challenging and influencing ways of working to drive positive change and engagement. She specialises in employee relations; including Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) regulations (TUPE), redundancy, disciplinary, grievance and absence from work. She is also able to assist with performance issues, reviewing reward, recruitment, and organisational development.
Sarah holds an MA in Human Resources Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has previously worked within both private and public sector organisations.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys socialising with friends and family and exploring new places.
