Sophie joined Buzzacott in 2023 and is an HR Consultant in our HR Consultancy team.
She works with various clients from various sectors, from start-ups to established organisations, and supports them to ensure compliance with legislation and HR best practices.
Sophie is an experienced HR professional who focuses on providing services including employment contracts, handbooks and policies and guidance on people issues. She works with organisations to identify areas for improvement in their HR set-up, reviewing functions, and auditing systems and practices. Her specialist knowledge includes recruitment strategy, data analysis and reporting, employee relations issues and benefits administration.
Sophie has six years of internal HR experience and eight years of experience in recruitment. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Sophie enjoys exploring the UK and visiting various historical and cultural locations outside of work. As an amateur photographer, she tries to capture the beauty of nature while on her travels. When at home, she spends a lot of time in the kitchen trying out ideas inspired by shows such as MasterChef or Bake Off.
