Sriram joined Buzzacott in 2015 and is a Manager in our Corporate Finance team.

Sriram brings strategic advisory expertise to institutions valued between £10m-£100m, guiding them through successful trade sales to major corporations and securing funding from lower-middle market private equity. Sriram possesses specialist knowledge in the Business Services and Technology & Media sectors.

With a background in Physics, Sriram is known across the team for his analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail - qualities that have consistently driven his ability to negotiate and execute great outcomes for his clients.

He often collaborates with other specialist teams within Buzzacott, such as the Corporate Tax team, to provide an all-encompassing solution that meets his clients’ needs.

Away from his desk, Sriram loves spending his time with friends and family, and is always up for exploring new restaurants.
