Trevor joined Buzzacott in 2000 and is a Partner in our Expatriate Tax Services team.
He works with international high net worth individuals with complex US/UK cross border tax affairs, non UK domiciliaries and individuals who are dual residents. As well as analysis of US/UK tax residence matters, Trevor advises on UK remittance planning, international pension structuring, FATCA reporting obligations and the US/UK tax consequences of dual nationality marriage and divorce, as well as late filer cases and IRS penalty issues.
Trevor is a recognised authority on the US/UK tax treaty and the use of US treaties in general, and is enrolled to practice before the US IRS.
Trevor is the Chair of Buzzacott's Expatriate Tax Technical Committee.
