Victoria joined Buzzacott in 2024 and is an Assistant Manager in our Transaction Services team.
Victoria brings a wealth of experience in performing due diligence for corporate clients and SMEs across diverse sectors including construction, technology, and property. As part of the Corporate Finance team here at Buzzacott, Victoria supports clients to make strategic decisions with confidence. By meticulously identifying opportunities and risks associated with potential deals, she ensures that businesses are well-prepared to navigate their next moves successfully.
Victoria is ACCA qualified, having trained at CBW LLP (now part of Gravita), where she honed her skills in due diligence, valuations, and corporate restructuring. In 2023, she joined Kreston Reeves LLP as an Assistant Manager within the Transactional Services team, working on various high-profile deals, including a financial due diligence project for a rapidly growing construction company seeking additional funding to bolster its working capital position.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys going to the gym regularly and is an avid theatre enthusiast, with "Pretty Woman" being one of her favourite shows.
