Corporate finance

We build relationships for the long term, not just for a transaction. Our team of 18 advisors, backed by nearly 700 of us here at Buzzacott, work with entrepreneurs and institutions valued between £10m - £100m to build and realise value throughout their growth journey.

Supporting entrepreneurs build, maximise and realise value

We specialise in managing transactions, helping entrepreneurial businesses grow and helping founders understand and realise value. We aim to guide business owners to the right outcome through providing a range of services including acquisitions, disposals, management buy outs, financial due diligence, valuations and debt advisory. Our vision is to build relationships with our clients for the long-term, not just for a transaction.

We support businesses across a broad range of sectors, with a focus on technology, business services, healthcare and consumer products, on deals valued up to £100m. Our approach is tailored to each client, taking account of both organisational and personal requirements to give sound, objective advice that meets all business needs.

The team is led by Matt Katz, Head of Corporate Finance, Alex Judd, Head of Transaction Services, David Stears, Head of Valuations and Meera Shah, Head of M&A Advisory.
