Our team specialises in building and realising value for shareholders on their exits and acquisitions, in transactions above £10m. Our expertise spans six core sectors, Business services, Consumer, Financial services, Health, Real estate and Tech and media, with our deepest specialism in IP-rich service companies.

We have a deep understanding of what drives value and price beyond the numbers, and what motivates key parties in transactions to ensure success. Our advice and support continues throughout each stage of a deal, through to completion and beyond. 

We are specialists in international transactions, which have made up 75% of our trade sale deals, and have strong established connections with the UK and US private equity landscape in the lower-mid market. Our ability to establish connections with all parties in a transaction, as well as being agile and dynamic as transactions evolve, sets us apart in the market.

Ultimately, we ensure the completed deal is the same as the one agreed at the outset, guiding you through a smooth transaction and delivering a successful outcome.
